Privacy Policy — Maintain

Maintain ("we", "the app") is a companion app for people using GLP-1 medications. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Maintain is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Information we collect

• Health & wellness data you enter: medication name, injection day, weight, protein, water, meals (including meal photos), side effects, and mood.
• Account: we sign you in anonymously by default; we do not require your name. If you contact support, we receive your email.
• Purchases: subscription status is managed by Google Play / RevenueCat. We never receive your card details.

How we use it

• To show your daily tracking and progress.
• To estimate nutrition from a meal photo and generate a daily tip.
• To operate subscriptions and improve the app.

Third parties we use

• Supabase — secure storage of your data (encrypted in transit and at rest).
• Google Gemini — meal photos and context are sent for nutrition/tip generation. They are processed to return a result and not used to identify you.
• RevenueCat & Google Play — subscription processing.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the processors above, solely to operate the app.

Your rights & deletion

You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your stored data.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected by row-level security so each user can only access their own records.

Children

Maintain is not intended for anyone under 18.
